Sales Operations Associate (Sales/Marketing)

With recent major new customers onboarding, WEVO will be expanding the team ahead of further growth targets and near term funding plans.



About the opportunity

This is an opportunity to join WEVO’s Growth team and play an important role in the development and execution of a variety of new business and account growth activities.

WEVO is a rapidly growing early-stage startup where you will be closely working with C-level leaders and founding executives. Success in this role can lead to building a team of direct reports as well as additional sales and/or marketing responsibilities.

In the short term, you can expect to be involved in the sales operation strategy and the administration of CRM activities. Additionally, this role will assist with planning and executing a whitespace strategy, including tasks such as researching target markets, and identifying target accounts and partnerships.

WEVO’s outbound activities are account-based marketing (ABM) driven, and are largely focused on the largest enterprise companies. As an integral member of WEVO’s Growth team, you will be cementing WEVO’s position as the creator and the leader of the pre-live testing and optimization category.


Responsibilities

  • Manage daily CRM activities, while helping shape an automated targeting strategy
  • Assist with account and lead list creation for strategic and enterprise level companies
  • Research companies and prospects using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools
  • Conduct regular market research to identify emerging opportunities
  • Authoring/posting marketing emails, blog posts and social media posts



Experience / qualifications

  • 1-2 years of day-to-day experience in a CRM, preferably HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Growth, BDR , Inside sales and/or sales operations experience is required
  • 1-3 years tech company experience, strong preference for SaaS and martech experience
  • Self-starter, self-motivated and strong organizational skills
  • Highly responsive and successful at setting and meeting deadlines and goals
  • Great written skills and affinity for writing marketing/social content
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, highly demanding, and entrepreneurial environment
