Well-funded start-up seeks talented software engineer to help change design research on the Internet. You must have experience designing and building useful (yet maintainable) systems. You must have experience leading teams (of any size).

You will leverage a customer-centered approach to product development (working all across the stack). The work is challenging, but the team will guide you through it.

You should have a BS in Computer Science or the equivalent. Top-notch communication skills are essential. Familiarity with outcome-driven development would be helpful but is not necessary. Expect talented, motivated, intense, and interesting co-workers. You will partner with the highest levels of Product & Engineering leadership to help develop an impactful customer-centric engineering culture.
