About the opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this is an opportunity to join WEVO’s expanding growth team. This role is initially defined as a player-coach position, in which you will be managing a small team of customer success managers while also goaled with a bag of business of your own. With success, the team will rapidly expand, additional responsibilities will be added, and you will quickly become a part of WEVO’s senior leadership team.
The Senior Director of Customer Success will be responsible for net retention and executing success planning, which will ultimately grow and improve WEVO’s business. The right candidate will work with their team to determine the needs of our customers in order to make them successful and foster the rapid growth here at WEVO.
At least 3 years experience managing a customer success team of 5+
