About the opportunity

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this is an opportunity to join WEVO’s expanding growth team. This role is initially defined as a player-coach position, in which you will be managing a small team of customer success managers while also goaled with a bag of business of your own. With success, the team will rapidly expand, additional responsibilities will be added, and you will quickly become a part of WEVO’s senior leadership team.


Responsibilities

The Senior Director of Customer Success will be responsible for net retention and executing success planning, which will ultimately grow and improve WEVO’s business. The right candidate will work with their team to determine the needs of our customers in order to make them successful and foster the rapid growth here at WEVO.

  • Manage a team of Customer Success Managers (initially 3 and expected to grow every quarter as we grow our customer base)
  • Manage existing accounts of Fortune 500 companies to create a consistent customer journey that will drive account expansion, referrals, and happy customers
  • Work alongside the business development, sales, and partnerships teams to build pipeline and ensure long term success of customers
  • Provide customer insight to the product team and help shape strategy and messaging


Experience

At least 3 years experience managing a customer success team of 5+

  • Subject matter / industry expertise in UX research/design, website testing/optimization and/or digital marketing
  • You must have existing experience working with our target audience
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • A self-starter capable of working independently and managing a distributed team
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, highly demanding and entrepreneurial environment
